When should you hire a wedding day coordinator?

The short answer here is that you can really hire your wedding day coordinator at any point. Either way if you are using a wedding day coordinator you are comfortable handling a lot of the planning yourself, so it is totally fine to wait until a few months out to book someone.

Maybe you thought you wouldn’t need it and then realize you can’t walk down the aisle AND set up decorations at the reception ;) You can hand over all your plans to a wedding day coordinator and let them run the show.

On the other hand, you might know you want to DIY a lot of things yourself, but feel a little overwhelmed with where to start and could use support staying organized along the way. Some day of coordinators primarily help the day of the wedding, but we do also help you manage the planning process along the way. We are happy to join you at any stage of the process!
